Welcome to BulkMailerHQ (“BulkMailerHQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). BulkMailerHQ is operated by Hair Care & Beyond Inc. We operate this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). BulkMailerHQ is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”), together with any referenced policies (including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy), govern your access to and use of the Services.

BulkMailerHQ is powered by Shopify, but transactions are directly between you and BulkMailerHQ. Shopify is not responsible for your purchases.

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Because our Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify may also collect information as described in its policies.

11. Feedback

If you provide Feedback (e.g., ideas, suggestions, reviews), you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use and share it.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

If any provision is held invalid, the remainder will still apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
